Custom projects are provided according to the scope, specifications, pricing and timelines agreed with the customer.

2. Payments and Unauthorized Payment Collection

Customers must make payments only through payment methods, payment links, invoices or instructions officially provided or authorized by Shivasi.org.

Shivasi International Solutions does not authorize any person, company, agent, representative or third party to collect money on its behalf through an unauthorized payment link, personal account, wallet, QR code, bank account or other payment method.

Any payment voluntarily made by a customer to an unauthorized person or recipient shall not be considered a payment made to Shivasi.org.

Customers are responsible for verifying the authenticity of payment instructions before completing any transaction.

Shivasi.org shall not be responsible for losses resulting from fraudulent or unauthorized emails, websites, payment links, invoices, social-media accounts, messages or other communications created or circulated by third parties impersonating the business.

3. User Commitments

Users must not:

• Republish material from Shivasi
• Sell, rent or sub-license material from Shivasi
• Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Shivasi
• Redistribute content from Shivasi
